Apremier Auto was great! The power steering went out on my 2009 Escape and I wasn’t sure what the repairs would look like since my car has an electric system, but they gave me a diagnostic and quote to replace a sensor that likely would’ve been overpriced elsewhere based on my research. I’m always nervous about getting repairs done as someone who doesn’t know much about her own car, but everyone was very kind and kept me updated along the way. My car is steering much smoother now!

APREMIER Auto Shops is awesome to work with!! Robert and Roy are so knowledgeable and friendly! I would recommend this auto shop to anyone looking for an honest mechanics!! I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else! The plus with them is that they also specialize in foreign cars which saves me the time in having to go anywhere else!!!

Making this days later after the repair to make sure everything was right and it was. Got my car back pretty quick drop it off on the 24th of December and got it back before new year’s. Would definitely recommend and comeback again if any more car problems

Can't say enough about how awesome Roy and Zach were.. took my car in to get a checkup and see what was making a noise. They came back with very detailed review and told me things that if it was their car they would do immediately and the things that were not pressing at the moment. I've lived in 10 different states and the knowledge they had made me really feel comfortable able the work they did. Prices were great!

Unexpectedly needed to stop in for low tire pressure. Turns out we had a cracked rim. Immediately the gentleman was able to put on our spare tire and is working on getting pricing for new rim and tires. This gentleman was so very helpful and cares about his clients. I am sad I didn’t ask for his name. This is an honest auto shop. We will thankfully be back for the new tires and rim. Thank you so much!

From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted by Rita. Roy was incredibly kind and professional—he took the time to explain all of my options clearly since my A/C wasn’t working. He quoted me on the spot, and even mentioned a cash discount (who doesn’t love saving money?!). My car was ready for pickup within just two hours of dropping it off. Everyone there was very friendly and helpful. I’ll definitely be bringing my car back if it ever needs service again. Highly recommend!

I unfortunately knocked a hole in my oil pan and APREMIER towed it that evening to their shop. Two days later I drove out with a smile on my face! Complete car care with no worries all at a reasonable price! Forget dealer repairs!
